Return & Refund Policy
At TRACON Traders LLC, we take pride in the quality of our natural aromatic materials. Due to the nature of our products — raw resins, essential oils, botanicals, and fragrant woods — all sales are final once shipped.
We accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The order was lost in transit
To request a return or refund: Contact us at admin@tracontradersllc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect selection
- Opened essential oils or hydrosols
- Custom or bulk wholesale orders
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
